Join our client in Roosendaal, a trusted production partner for some of the biggest sports brands in the world. You’ll work behind the scenes to prepare and personalize official football shirts worn by professional players and fans alike.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize shirts and printing materials for production
- Deliver the right shirt type, names, and numbers to the production area
- Arrange letters and symbols with care, then heat-press them perfectly in place
- Pack finished shirts and get them ready for shipment
- Rotate through different tasks in the warehouse to keep production running smoothly
Must Have
- Good command of English
- Excellent attention to detail and manual precisio
- Ability to focus on repetitive, hands-on work with accuracy
- Reliability, flexibility, and readiness to work in shifts
- Commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency in every task
Nice to have, but not required
- Previous experience in production or warehouse environments
- A valid driving license
- Additional languages

What We Offer
14.40 € gross/hour as a starting rate
- Overtime and shift allowances:
125% after 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
150% on Saturdays
200% on holidays and Sundays
If you have a driving license, you can earn an extra €4 per day when driving to and from work.
- Salary paid every 4 weeks with the possibility of an advance every week of 175.00 euros.
